Degen Generation FOMO In FUD Out
My third production, titled Degen Generation FOMO In FUD Out is finally out!
After spending most of 2025 slowly chipping away at the edit, I can say with absolute certainty: I really, really need Indikin to fly if I want to continue down this path of film production. It is the only way I can not only continue but actually grow and develop my skills further.
Over the past two years—or at least since the Hexicans documentary series released—I’ve let a lot of new people into my life through this latest production. I’ve met many kind folk from all walks of life, from all parts of the globe, and for that, I am eternally grateful. But it’s when the cameras stop rolling and the adventures in the pursuit of the content cease that the real hard work begins, especially on a production like this.
For Degen Generation, I made a very risky choice: I left the story unknown, waiting for it to tell me what it was. Although I had an idea of where I wanted to go with it, so many story elements were conjured into existence by a mix of those kind folk and my own pursuit of a solution for Indikin (then known as The Bitjoinery).
These two story paths ultimately became what Degen Generation was always meant to be: a perfect blend of the madness that ensues when a filmmaker leaves plenty of room for improvisation and community input, while also attempting to pursue a lofty goal—building a decentralized filmmaker cult.
Whether I succeeded in any of those pursuits will ultimately be up to the viewer. The data should be in on that within the next month or two.
